Please mark your calendar for Saturday, April 20, 2024, for our 8th Annual Earth Day celebration in Sleepy Hollow. We are asking all Earth Day volunteers to gather at the Village Hall at 9:00 AM. The event runs from 9:00 AM until noon. In 2023, we had over 30 participants giving back to our community. All we ask is that you bring a garbage picker, a 5 -gallon bucket, and a positive community spirit to help keep our neighborhood clean and aesthetically pleasing for all to enjoy. The Village will provide garbage bags, safety vests, and a handful of pickers for anyone that can’t purchase one. Garbage pickers and buckets can be purchased at Home Depot. Rain date will be on Saturday April 27th if needed. A liability waiver will need to be signed and notarized by all volunteers to participate. Looking forward to another great event within the Hollow!
