Sleepy Hollow Headless Horseman Gala

Come One, Come All and join us for our first annual Headless Horseman Gala.  This benefit is to raise funds for the fireworks as well as other Sleepy Hollow community activities around the village.  The dinner will be held at Moretti’s in Elgin, in their upstairs banquet facility on Saturday, April 27, 2024.  There will be a cash bar opening at 6:00 p.m., followed by a buffet style dinner beginning at 7:00 p.m.  The entertainment this year will be The Tony Ocean Show. 

The cost of the tickets will be $100 per person of which, the majority will directly fund Service Club activities. It also includes five (5) raffle tickets per person, with the option to purchase additional raffle tickets at the event to bid on a wide variety of gift baskets.  We will also be having a Silent Auction with some exciting auction items.

Remember Sleepy Hollow Residents, this is a time to get together and celebrate the Sleepy Hollow Service Club and all that they do for the village.

July 4th

Raffle – July 4, 2024

The raffle helps offset the cost of fireworks for the July 4 celebration. You can participate in the raffle either by printing and mailing the order form found at the bottom of the page or go to the link below to be entered into the raffle using PayPal or credit/debit card.

Fireworks Parking – July 5, 2024 (tentative)

Fireworks will be on Saturday night instead of following the July 4th day events. You can prepay for parking online and being a copy of your email receipt and a photo ID to the event. You cannot prepay by mail but you can pay at the gate with cash, credit or PayPal.

Family Sponsor

Consider a Family Sponsorship that includes three raffle tickets and a fireworks sponsor parking pass for $75. Family sponsors are included on our sponsor banner that is displayed at our events.

Corporate Sponsorship

It’s 4th of July time and the Sleepy Hollow Service Club is hoping that you are willing to donate to this worthy local organization. 

The Sleepy Hollow Service Club is a 501(c)3 organization with local volunteers putting on FOUR family events per year which are attended by the surrounding communities.

• The Easter Egg Hunt – with photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny and lots of candy!
• Halloween in the Hollow – Headless Horseman Bonfire and a Hot Chili Contest
• Holiday in the Hollow with a visit from Santa and a celebration of the season
• The 4th of July Fireworks, Carnival, Parade, and Music, Celebration of America’s Birthday!  

The service club uses all donations to fund these programs as well as other local charitable activities.
