If the residence that you are moving from and/or to is connected to the Village of Sleepy Hollow water and/or sewer system, a final reading must be taken from the meter when the current resident moves out. Please complete the Final Reading Form and email it to woneill [at] sleepyhollowil.org (Utilities Billing) or call the Water Department at 847-426-6700 extension #1702 before the closing date to make arrangements for our Public Works Department to take the final read from the meter.
