As the new Chief of Police for the Sleepy Hollow Police Department I would like to welcome you to our section of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Website. Our department works hard to offer a variety of services. We invite residents to participate in our vacation watch program, community events and Special Olympics initiatives. Our annual report provides a glimpse into our yearly activity and shows that our Police Department regularly performs at a high level in an effort to keep crime low and traffic concerns to a minimum. Our primary goal is to keep Sleepy Hollow as a safe community to live, raise a family or visit.
Our Police Department is comprised of 15 employees, including 14 sworn police officers. All our officers come to us with a great deal of experience. This allows us to provide services at the highest levels possible; directly benefiting those we are sworn to protect. As your Chief of Police, I am committed to assuring that we treat all people with dignity and respect. I am committed to open and constructive lines of communication with all our stakeholders. This will be the foundation of how we go about delivering the services our residents deserve.
